Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know bookkeeping?
No. Pacekeeping sorts every transaction and tells you which ones to review. You just confirm or fix the category, and it learns from what you fix.
Which banks can it read?
U.S. banks and credit cards that give you a PDF statement: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and most others. If one can't be read, it tells you why and you can try again.
What is an internal transfer?
Money that only changes places: paying your credit card or moving money from one of your accounts to another. It isn't income or an expense, so Pacekeeping sets it aside so it isn't counted twice.
How does launch pricing work?
If you sign up by January 31, 2027, you pay the launch price for 12 months from the day you signed up, monthly or yearly. After that it moves to the regular price, with 30 days' notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online, without calling anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you can export your data anytime.
I already use Taxpace. How do I add Pacekeeping?
With a bundle: in Taxpace, go to Settings → Your plan, switch to the Individual Bundle or the Office Bundle, and Pacekeeping shows up in your menu, with the same clients.
